1、舵装置及舵机试验

1. The test of rudder installation and steering engine

1.1试验条件 1.1 trial condition

a、舵机及操舵系统安装完好，舵机机械零位正确无误，操舵器与舵叶之间的指示误差应符合产品技术条件的要求；

a. rudder engine and steering system are installed integrally and check the correctness of rudder engine’s zero ,the indication error between steering machine and rudder blade shall be complied with requirement of technical condition .

b、液压系统的溢流阀、缓冲阀、程序阀等按图纸要求调试完毕；

b. Flood valve ,cushion valve and order valve of hydraulic system shall be debug in accordance with the requirement of drawings. c、安全阀校验合格； c check of safety valve

d、舵装置的 警系统，包括动力源失电、断相、过载、控制电源失电、油类失压、油柜低液位及自动偏舵等模拟试验合格。

d. Check tests of rudder device alarm system, which included electric power source failure, phase failure overload, control power source lose, oil pressure failure, oil tank low level and autopilot by simulation.

1.2试验内容及程序

1．2 Test content & program

1.2.1电动液压舵机应进行不少于30min的空转运转试验，并做如下检查：

The electro-hydraulic steering engine shall be run for not less than 30 min under no-load condition, and check it as follow:

a、检查舵角指示器、操舵器与舵叶之间的误差，检查时自中间位置向两舷转舵，舵角每增加5°核对一次，其舵叶与舵角指示器之间的误差应不大于±1°，并作记录； a. Examine the error between the rudder angle indicator 、steering machine and the rudder blade, The rudder turn from amidship position to two shipboard when testing, Collate when the rudder angle increase each 5°, with the error between the rudder blade and the rudder angle indicator shall be not more than±1°, then record it.

b、检查舵角电气限位器动作的正确性,应能使舵叶转至左、右舷各 35°处停止；机械限位器的安装位置为36.5°。

b. check the correctness of rudder angle gas limiters, The rudder blade turn to port and starboard 35°and stop ,installation location of mechanical rudders stops is 36.5°.

1.2.2电动液压操舵装置进行连续操舵试验。试验时每路电源、每套控制系统及每套动力源均应连续地使用不少于30min。试验时检查操舵装置的电气设备、液压泵液压系统的工作情况；检查电动机的转向、轴承温升及振动情况；检查油泵工作时是否有异常响声和泄漏现象。连续操舵试验时应在0°→左（右）35°→0°→右（左）35°→0°交替进行，并应不少于10个循环。试验时，初步测定自一舷35°转至另一舷30°所需时间。所需时间～20s。

1.2.2 Executes the continual steering test of electro hydraulic ，each power , control system and source of power shall run continuously for not less than 30minwhen testing. Check operation of Electric equipment of steering gear and hydraulic system of hydraulic

pumps examine the operation of hydraulic system, temperature rise of bearing and vibration; check whether have abnormal noise and leakiness during oil pump working. When doing continual steering, the angle turn form 0°to 35°port, 35°port to 35°stb，and carry out alternately ,finally to 0°,but not less than 10 round, preliminary measure the needed time form one shipboard 35° to other shipboard 30° when testing.the requirement time by prime survey be to 20s.

1.2.3电动液压舵机应在驾驶室及舵机室分别作操舵效用试验15分钟。在操舵前检查联锁装置的可靠性

1.2.3 The electro-hydraulic steering gear should be carried out operation effectiveness test in wheel house and steering gear room separately for 15 minutes. Examine the reliability of the interlock device before steering.

1.3试验记录 1.3 test record

a、电动液压舵机连续试验时应记录电动机的起动电流、工作电流、电压、转速及液压缸的油压等；

a. Record starting current ,working current ,voltage, speed and hydraulic oil pressure of electric motor when doing continual test of the electro-hydraulic steering gear.

b、测量记录各电动机及其控制箱的热态绝缘电阻值，其值应不低于1兆欧。

b. Measure insulation resistance (hot condition) of each electrical box & motor and record it ,with the value is not less than 1? .
