TPMT及LNEF系列刀片成功应用案例——液压油缸缸筒加工(CN&EN)

液压油缸是液压系统的执行原件,广泛应用在各类机械液压系统中,其主要组成有缸筒、活塞杆、缸盖等。

Hydraulic cylinder is the executive component of hydraulic system, which is widely used in various mechanical hydraulic systems, mainly composed of cylinder barrel,piston rod, cylinder head, etc.
 

在这些零件组成中,液压缸筒由于内孔尺寸较大、表面光洁要求较高,往往是影响生产效率的瓶颈工件。为解决此类加工难题,厦门金鹭针对内孔粗加工推出了TPMT系列刀片,内孔精加工推出了LNEF系列刀片。

In these parts,the hydraulic cylinder is often the bottle neck of the production efficiency because of its large inner hole size and high surface finish requirements. In view of this kind of processing problem, GESAC introduced TPMT series insert for rough machining of inner hole and LNEF series insert for finish machining of inner hole.

案例1是直径280mm,孔深2700mm的液压缸筒内壁粗精加工,加工工件表面粗糙度要求Ra1.6以内,粗加工采用我司TPMT刀片,精加工采用我司LNEF刀片,搭载复合刀体,采用一次走刀的加工方式进行加工。我司提供的加工方案满足客户需求,刀具寿命与进口品牌的寿命相当。

In case 1, the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder with a diameter of 280 mm and a hole depth of 2700 mm is roughly machined. The surface roughness of the machined workpiece is required to be within Ra1.6. The rough machining adopts GESAC TPMT insert is used for rough machining, GESAC LNEF insert is used for finish machining, and the insert is equipped with composite cutter body,which can be processed by one-step.The processing scheme provided by GESAC can meet the needs of customers. The tool life is equivalent to the imported brands.

例2是直径240mm,孔深2170mm的液压缸筒内壁精加工,工件表面粗糙度要求Ra1.6以内,选用我司LNEF系列刀片,加工方案满足客户需求,刀具寿命超过进口品牌30%。

Case 2 is the finish machining about the inner wall of the hydraulic cylinder with 240mm in diameter and 2170mm in hole depth. The surface roughness of the workpiece is required to be less than Ra1.6. Choosing GESAC LNEF series insert,the machining scheme meets the customer’s needs, and the service life of the cutting tools exceeds that of imported brands by 30%.
